Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Promptly mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, don't use the App.

2. Who provides the App

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iPhones and iPads you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. What you can't do

• ❌ Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or rent the App
• ❌ Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• ❌ Download, screen-record, or republish video lessons
• ❌ Share your subscription credentials with others
• ❌ Use the App to train competing AI systems
• ❌ Use the content in public performances or classrooms without a license

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Pricing

• Monthly: $12.99 USD per month
• Yearly: $79.99 USD per year (45% off monthly)

Prices may vary by region and are set by Apple.

5.2 Free trial

New subscribers get 7 days free. You can cancel anytime before day 7 to avoid charges.

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged upon confirmation and auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

5.4 Cancellation

Manage or cancel anytime: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Promptly → Cancel Subscription.

After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods (Apple's standard policy applies).

5.5 Refunds

All refunds are handled by Apple. Request via: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

6. Content

6.1 Educational nature

Content is informational only. It is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Apply with your own judgment.

6.2 AI tool references

Promptly is an independent educational app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any AI provider. References to AI chatbots are for educational purposes only.

6.3 Changes

We may add, modify, or remove lessons and features at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual property

All content (videos, text, design, brand) is owned by Promptly or licensed to us. You may not copy or distribute without written permission.

8. User conduct

• Be respectful in any user-generated content or support messages
• Don't exploit the service to harm others
• Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App anytime.

10. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific learning outcomes or job results
• Compatibility with all iOS versions or devices

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kovel, Volyn Oblast, Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

For EU residents: you retain all rights granted by the GDPR and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes = acceptance.

14. Apple-specific terms

• These Terms are between you and Promptly, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or any claims related to it.
• If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
